The Environmental Fisheries and Agriculiture Research Center (EFARC) is located in lot DD113 of Pat Heung, Yuen Long. The main works of the EFARC were to develop and apply the fish-agricultural symbiosis system which combines the technologies of the aquatic animal breeding and agricultural plant cultivation, in the agricultural industry.
Park View Court
1 Lyttelton Road, H.K.
Park view court is located in Central and Western District at 1 Lyttelton Road, Mid-Levels West, Hong Kong. There are Total of 2blocks, providing 136 residential units. The project involved refurbishment of the main lift entry lobby and the ground floor carpark areas. Refurbishment of carpark included relaid and relevel of the existing floor, applied new floor finishes and new carpark spaces floor marking
Sing Pao Building
101 Kings Road, Tin Hau, Hong Kong
Sing Pao Building is located at 101 Kings Road, Fortress Hill, Eastern District, Hong Kong Island. It is a 1 block 26 storeys office building singke owned. The building is mainly curtain wall structure. It was a MBIS project included replacement of all defective window sealant and glass panels. Replacement of all existing waste water pipes inside pipe duct also formed a part of our works. The project also included concerte repair works, application of waterproof cement rendered and followed up with partly paint and partly wall tile finishes.
Nga Tsin Villa
154 Nag Tsin Wai Road, Kowloon
Nga Tsin Villa is located in Kowloon City District at 154 Nag Tsin Road, Kowloon Tong, Kowloon. There are a total of 1 blocks, providing 12 residential units. It was a MBIS project included concrete repair works, application of waterproof cement rendered and followed up with paint works. The project also included removal and relaid floor tiles on roof terrace together with application of new waterproof underlayer.
Wayson Commercial House
68-70 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, H.K.
Wayson Commercial House is a 22 storeys multi owner's Grade0B building for Commercial use, located at 68-70 Lockhart Road in Wan Chai district, Hong Kong Island. We were the main contractor for the works. It was a MBIS project. It included removal of existing finish to bare concrete surfaces, concrete spalling repair, application of water resistance cement rendered. New wall Tiles was applied to front and two sides and paintworks for the rear part of the building. Replacement of all existing waste water pipes inside pipe duct and the A/C condensation pipes also formed a part of our works.
