WELL HUNG CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING LIMITED was established in 2008, aiming at overall building construction and building repair services to local residents, private firms, government sector and public establishment, including alterations, additions and interior decoration.

 

Since our establishment, we have well organized and successfully completed nearly 100 projects which required repair work, they are large housing states, interior decoration of domestic flats, commercial buildings, factory buildings, hotels, private clubs, shopping malls and education faculties etc.

We realize in term of business, the value of our staff’s qualification and experience, including architect, quantity surveyor, registered structural engineer, project manager and site supervisor, they have to respond to every job site from its commencement to completion, emphasizing on quality control and strict supervision so as to assure our best services to the entire satisfaction of all concerned.

All the initial stages of development, our works confined to interior decoration and renovation works of block buildings. The contact amount exceeded HKS ten million in the first year. Due to our continued development of business, our renovation services were gradually adopted by the market. Certain phases of renovation work of large housing estates and luxurious buildings were carried out by us.

We aim to upgrade the quality of work as well as the standard of artwork and target to be the pioneer in the field of renovation works. We are confident with our management’s active and aggressive attitude will surely tend to expand our business steadily. Management staff hold regular meetings with the front line staff to review job progress ensuring work completion on time. We emphasize the significance for every type of material, be it specified or not, and must obtain Client’s approval prior to incorporation into works.
